Longer Summer Than Expected........
Well, not exactly how I planned my summer out! I have a lot more time on my hands than I planed on having. But, as tough as that first round lose was it was still a great summer. This was definitely the most fun I have had in the past few summers. Great bunch of guys and a good coaching staff. Just a good atmosphere in general.
On the bright side this gives me more time to concentrate on my new business ( Crossfit Vancouver Island), and hang out with the most important guy in my life, Carter aka C$.
What’s next? Training for Team Canada tryouts and training camp for the Rock.

Finally, the playoffs are here!!
Its been a great regular season so far but it is always fun when the "real season" gets rolling. We definitely are not playing our best ball coming into the 2nd season but I know that the boys will get it together once it's crunch time.
On a training note, lots of exciting things happening at the gym. We are expanding from 2600 sq. ft to over 6000!!! Our new name will be Crossfit Vancouver Island and it will be the best facility around by a mile. Make sure you check the sched for all of our new classes come September.
